The AN Eagles 14U team pounded the SW Stars 19-2. The boys scored 10 in the 1st and cruised from there. Micah Evans hit a LONG 2-run HR to dead CF, and Kyle Ver Mehren broke out of a hitting slump with 2 doubles, a walk, and 3 RBI. Kenny Piper pitched the first 4 innings for the win.

A nice Doubleheader sweep by the AN Eagles 14U team vs. the Jeffco Barnstormers today. The defense could use some work, as well as hitters being more selective at the plate, otherwise no major complaints.
